I went to Walmart today because I wanted to buy some table wine to restock our small wine fridge. We drink the cheap stuff for our casual house table wine. I have up graded a little to Lucky Duck it is $4.00 a bottle. I really like their Chardonnay better than Oak Leaf. But I like the Cabernet Sauvignon Oak Leaf better. Since I was going to be at Walmart I decided to check to see what other deals I could find before I headed out. Spent $0.19 for 16 items.

I paid $0.19 for all the items listed above. This is my best so far. I didn’t include the wine, since there are not any coupons or promotions with it. I was excited about the new Walmart Coupon policy to accept overages; however, my cashier did not know about this yet and had to ask her manager. The manager said it was OK this time. I should have printed the coupon policy and brought it with me. Here is the link if you need it. Under the last section, bullet point 7.
I bet you are wondering how I got 7 coupons for the Pert. We have a free paper delivered to us every Friday that has coupons in it. I ask my neighbors if they are not using them, if I can have their coupons. Plus I buy 2 sets of papers every Sunday (4 total morning and evening edition). The free paper does not include all the coupons. It normally only has Smart Source (SS). The 7 bottles of travel shampoo will be donated to my daughter’s school for a project. They are gathering travel size soaps, shampoos and conditioners to make care packages for the troops. I have already given our stock of hotel bar soaps early in the week. This will make her so happy.
Thanks to Saving Well, Spending Less for helping me come up with my list. I used her Wal-Mart matchups.
I have been buying the Purex 3-in-1 at a discount price not sure how they were going to work. I took a package with me on vacation in case we had a washer and dryer to do clothes. And we did! These were perfect for that. I didn’t have to buy any extra detergent, fabric softner or softner sheets. The clothes all came out without any static. These are perfect for traveling.
Happy shopping!
